Got me out of a hole with the 'same day' delivery - the bouquet was lovely too, but did think the price was high (it was an emergency - but will shop around a bit more next time!)
The photos looked nothing like the picture! It was an awful mishmash of random flowers!

honestly I was disappointed with the photo that my friend sent after receiving the flowers - too much greenery and not enough tulips - therefore nothing like the photo - was going to call you and complain!
The flowers were delivered on the day requested. They were fresh and gorgeous and the person receiving them was extremely happy! I would highly recommend The Flower Yard.

Great customer service! My Shop account automatically switched the address to my own. I called the number on the Flower Yard website and they sorted it out quickly. I saw a photo of the flowers, and they were gorgeous. Great service!

Submitted my order around 05.00 and my wife received the arrangement and vase around 16.30....during post strike, rail and tube strike. Very impressed with you guys.
There was an issue with the address – as I ended up paying with Shop and it changed the shipping address to default. I called and within minutes they had it fixed! The bouquet itself arrived right on time and I was told it was stunning. I saw a photo and would agree! So pretty and full. The customer service was 5 stars alone, and the product was equally lovely. I will be a return customer.

I was disappointed that the flowers that arrived where not even similar to the picture. Not a tulip inside. Tulips are still readily available so was expecting to see it looking more as advertised.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Was told it would be delivered by courier by 8pm, the person I had them sent to received a phone call saying the driver was having trouble finding the property after I left clear delivery instructions. There were no flowers delivered. I’m still waiting on a reply from my email as to what is happening. Will I be refunded?
I had ordered the wrong size. In my rush I had overlooked that there was various size choices. The lovely lady in customer service quickly amended the order with assurance. The flowers were a hit!
All I would suggest is that the image on the website be captioned stating the size. Thank you very much for your service and I Iook forward to ordering from you again.

I carefully choose a bunch of flower that I thought my friend would love, what arrived wasn’t even similar to the photo here on the internet, I may as well have paid for a surprise bunch. A gamble bunch. Why even show pictures if you’re not going to provide the flowers in the picture, I don’t think any of the flowers were actually what are shown in this picture. I’m outraged. Plus I paid for a bigger bunch, apparently the size that’s shown in the picture and it was a very small bunch of flowers that were sent. Tell me if your not going to honour the flowers in the picture can you at least honour the size? Never use this company, such a lie.
