Flowers were gorgeous, however I had requested a later delivery both on the order and via email and this was not done.

I ordered these flowers and chocolates from Australia as a birthday gift for my son in London. I was a little apprehensive but had no reason to be! The flowers were delivered the same day to his office and they were beautiful. My son sent me a message and a photo....and I am more than happy.
I would certainly recommend The Flower Yard and be using them again.

1 x Country Hand Tied from our store The Flower Yard. Not as shown on the picture. I realise it is at the discretion of the florist to use alternatives but the roses were vibrant rather than the subdued vintage as advertised. There were also some dried out ends to some of the greenery. It was the size expected and the other flowers included were lovely.

Thank you for you feedback.
I think 1 star is a little unfair as the flowers that were sent were beautiful and very similar to the image if not exactly the same. We had to substitute the Lilac with Clematis which is a lovely wild looking country flower, but still used the lovely antique roses, rosemary etc.
You did choose the 'Delicate' £38 size for your order, which is smaller than the illustrated 'Classic' £46.50 size. If you'd have gone for the illustrated size there would have been more roses etc in the bouquet.
I hope the recipient still liked them, and you will hopefully use us in future,
