The Bright Spring Arrangement I sent to my friend was absolutely stunning and so much bigger than I thought it would be! My friend was thrilled and said his room was instantly brightened and smelled incredible.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a friend. The ordering process was confusing - the website stipulates that Flower Yard does same day delivery, and then it allows you to select today’s date when booking but then only offered two versions of next day delivery when paying. I paid for the slightly more expensive delivery option - assuming that would be quicker. I then followed up with an email asking for confirmation that the flowers would be delivered that day. That email never received a response. Two days & two further emails later, I then get a very apologetic response saying the order & corresponding emails had been missed.
The bouquet was eventually delivered. I believe it was bigger than the one I’d ordered & it certainly was very beautiful.
Would I recommend Flower Yard? Probably not but maybe if you weren’t expecting same day delivery?

i was puzzled. The photo that the recipient sent me did not match the bouquet I thought I had selected. (tulips) If they were not in season/available etc. I would have chosen something else if I had known...not everyone likes roses

The flowers never arrived, so my mum didn't have anything to receive on mother's day when I was out of the country. No refund has yet been received, nor an apology for the lack of delivery.

Arrived the same day after a mixup that was my fault!
Initially I was disappointed that the colours weren’t as bright as the photo but my daughter in law was thrilled when the bouquet arrived and I was able to see for myself when I visited nearly a week later and was very impressed!

I ordered this bouquet for my friend’s 50th birthday because she loves tulips but the actual bouquet had very few flowers and a lot of green leafs, which was entirely different a) from the picture online and b) from the description online.

My daughter loved the flowers but I noticed the picture she sent didn’t match the “Bright Spring” theme image you showed. So I have no problem that you made seasonal changes ( there were a lot of tulips in your image) but I would have liked an alert that there would be seasonal substitutions? Id just thought oh they must have year round access to tulips 🌷. Other than that you were FANTASTIC 😍
I ordered flowers from Australia to be delivered to family in London. They had recently moved and I accidentally put old address in. The flower yard attempted to deliver and of course couldn’t. I saw on tracking what had happened and twice now on two occasions reached out to ask if they could redeliver and offered to pay extra delivery fee - no response! Terrible customer experience!!
