I ordered this bouquet for my daughter in law. She was thrilled and my son said they were lovely. However it looked slightly different to the picture on-line and the bouquet seemed smaller. (It may just have been the angle the picture was taken for me.). Delivery and service was good.

The bouquet looked very nice and I would’ve given it five stars if there were tulips in it. My friend is a big fun of tulips and I’ve chosen this bouquet specially because of them. But unfortunately there were no tulips but only thistles and others different flowers. I had ordered it around 1pm (London time) with a same day delivery and it was delivered around 8pm on the same day

I ordered this beautiful bouquet for a new baby congratulations as my son loves thistles and my new granddaughter was born in June ( birth flower Rose) . The communication was excellent from the company and there was a minor hitch with the roses but they were really understanding and kindly rectified the situation. I would definitely recommend this bouquet abd I would definitely use The Flower Yard again .

I had an issue with the delivery, but when I called up I was told I had mis read the website, the flowers only lasted from delivery Saturday - Monday. They were in a cool room, in water, no reason for them to have a short life. Won’t be returning, bad value for money.
