I looked online from Ireland a flower shop that would deliver a birthday bouquet for my cousin in West London. I was a tad apprehensive as I had never used The Flower Yard before but I was delighted with the service. I was informed that the bouquet had been delivered and my cousin was very happy with the flowers. Thank you and I have no hesitation in recommending The Flower Yard.
This is my first time to order from them. My cousin is pleased with the flower arrangement. But one thing they arrived late almost 9pm. ( I have ordered same day delivery but did not expect to arrive that late since they have received my order from morning). Hope they can improve the delivery. Lovely to be able to send same day. Good communication and they got there safely. Would be nice to be sent a picture of the flowers to confirm they are as expected, as the sender doesn’t see them.

The delivery person had trouble getting I to the block but he kindly kept me in touch and sent me a photo of where he left them inside the hallway that was really helpful and the recipient got them on time. However I did specify no red flowers and it seems that some red roses were included . Cultural reasons for not wanting them. Otherwise fine.

I picked the option of bespoke flowers @ £50 for a 60th birthday. The size of the bunch was ok, I wasn't too impressed with the colours…my sister in law received white/ivory/peach flowers which looked more like they were for sympathy rather than a birthday. Better off choosing floral colours from a specific bunch rather than bespoke.

I order flowers for next day delivery (a birthday). They didn’t arrive until 8pm and when I tried to call and email to track the order there was unfortunately no answer. The flowers were beautiful but I would have expected them to arrive well within the working day.
I ordered these on-line as a birthday bouquet for a friend. I opted for the seasonal flowers chosen by the florists for £50, they were beautiful and a really large bouquet of tulips/lilies in lovely pinks and yellows and whites. Stunning. I also got the date for delivery wrong and emailed over and they quickly replied and changed the date for me. I had seen some off reviews but I couldn’t be happier with the service and the flowers.
