Failed to deliver on day requested.
Once I chased them on the day they did nothing to try and get flowers delivered even though they were only 3 miles away. I’m accept we all make mistakes which they apologised for but they could of tried a lot harder to deliver the flowers on the day agreed.
The flowers were beautiful and looked like the website picture. The only complaint I would have is that it took a week to be delivered.
Eventhough I alır of money for same day delivery, it was a week late. Flowers looked old and very disappointing!

I saw a photo of the flowers that were delivered to my friend. I was disappointed because there seemed to be more greens and less flowers. The flowers looked sparse.

The bouquet was beautiful and made a lovely impact on our friends who received it. The delivery time was not honoured: we paid £7 for same day delivery and placed the order before 4pm, but the bouquet was delivered the next day. We never got a refund for the extra delivery cost.

Hi,
I am writing to send out a complaint.
I picked a set of flowers and the colour combination was what the receiver would have loved but to my horror the below happened:
1) On your website it says please register and get 10% off on your first order - I registered but the discount was not given.
2) The flowers sent were completely different from what I had chosen. COMPLETELY different
3) Both the flowers and chocolates were drenched when the receiver got them.
I am shocked at this service. Honestly I would never order again.

I have to say that I was quite disappointed with this order. It was great that they were able to deliver the same day but the bouquet that was delivered looked very different to the one on the website in terms of volume. There were far fewer flowers than advertised even though I ordered the "Classic" option, which in theory should have been the same as the image shown. It definitely did not look like 46 pounds worth of flowers! Happy to send a photo if you would like to follow up on this. Thanks!

I ordered the flower arrangements and the delivery date was meant to be Jan 25. t was not delivered until Jan 26.
I had ordered and paid for the flowers and the vase and the vase never arrived.
The flowers were beautiful but the delivery and missing item dossapointing.
The recipient was very pleased with her birthday flowers and set me a picture. The bouquet and the flowers themselves were spectacular. Ordered very late on a Saturday night for a Sunday delivery which was done to everyone’s delight!
Just to say that, having said I was disappointed, my friend then let me know that she had indeed received a second bouquet, as kindly offered by The Flower Yard - and that it was even more beautiful than the first! So a huge thank you from us both!
I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on a friend's 60th birthday. You delivered it exactly a week early, spoiling the surprise. You dealt well with that - a prompt and profuse apology and an offer to send a second bouquet on the right date. I was impressed at that point. But then my friend says she didn't receive the second bouquet, which is disappointing.
