Hi! I made a mistake when writing the delivery address. I left a voice mail and sent an email but never got a response. Flowers never arrived and money lost. Is there anything you could do. Maybe flowers were never delivered and you can still send them.

I was a bit disappointed with the colour and content. Although it was the more expensive one shown on the website. I thought just roses bright and ordinary. There were no sprigs of rosemary, no hydrangeas - just ordinary

I ordered for someone based in North London (I'm based in the US) and had a great experience. She raved about the arrangement and said they were beautiful. Delivery was also timely. Would definitely order from here again for the next occasion.
The flowers were very dark and sombre. I’d hoped for something prettier. More suitable for a funeral than a birthday.
I also asked that they were delivered before noon, which they weren’t.

It would be nice if it is possible to email an actual picture of the bouquet when emailing to advise the order is being delivered. I ordered the hand tied bouquet on line from Canada for my daughter who lives in Hammersmith and didn’t get a picture of what it looked like until she send one to me.

Felt a little short changed seeing I had spent £150 + delivery. Also, flowers chosen were rather garish and not particularly well combined. You only get one 25th wedding anniversary.
