Flowers ok but I had specifically requested flowers delivery to be on a certain date for an important reason. The flowers were delivered two days earlier. The recipient wasn't even at home and had to go and collect them from their local post office. I had also paid the extra delivery cost to have the flowers delivered before 12pm, on the requested. The Flower Yard DID make up another bouquet and deliver these on the correct day, but the sentiment had already been ruined by then. And maybe a refund of the delivery cost might have been nice.
The flowers were beautiful and all the bouquets are fairy priced. I will be ordering again.

Order was smooth and delivery on time. They were for a new home and arrived before my daughter which was lovely for her to have them waiting for her. Very small arrangement but pretty. Unfortunately the roses did not open and drooped instead so it was a shame. Was disappointed as they were meant for a special occasion.
