Specifically requested that delivery was made LATE afternoon, so that the recipient received them. Unfortunately, this request was ignored, flowers were delivered before 1pm and were dropped off the a neighbour who did not inform the recipient so she did not get them or know about them on the day of her birthday. Disappointing for an order worth more that £150
Ordered online and order was delivered within about an hour. Easy to choose and complete descriptions of all items available. The recipient loved them!
