I was horrified at the way I was spoken to when I phoned to ask for a refund as my order was not delivered on the day I asked for. Unbelievably rude man. Shame on you. I definitely won’t be using Flower Yard again and have sent a message to friends and family to advise against using you.

Extremely disappointing "Wild Country" bouquet delivered on 14/6/25. The description on the website states, '... uses a base of English greenery including rosemary and ivy...." The greenery consisted of conifer and large thistles (not very English as described) and included no Ivy, Rosemary or Ranunculus as depicted. A very clumsy, wintery and unattractive summer arrangement.
The flowers were lovely, but the wrong ones were sent. I ordered wild country and the winter bouquet was delivered instead. Still nice, just not what I ordered.

A beautiful bouquet with an outstanding customer service since I gave the incorrect address initially and they contacted me so they could deliver.
I recently ordered flowers from The Flower Yard and didn’t realise that using Apple Pay can change the delivery address. I selected next day delivery and sent an email to the admin team during their out of hours to explain the mix up. Not only did the team promptly respond and correct the mistake I made, they delivered the most incredible bouquet. Overall I was very impressed by the brilliant customer service and quality of flowers. Will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending to others!
I ordered the Wild Country (sympathy) flowers with vase to a company local to The Flower Yard in London (we are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire). The ordering was easy and emails were received to keep us updated on the receipt, in-transit, and delivery. - I did not see the flowers, but received a thank you for “the beautiful flowers" Really happy with the service and delivery.

I was very disappointed that the bouquet that arrived was about a third the size of the photo on the website.The flowers were also just wrapped in a piece of brown paper.. not quite like the lovely advert. This was a special gift for a birthday celebration - and was not satisfactory..Not to be repeated.
The flowers that arrived were very different from those pictured, the only ones that were the same as the image were the white roses. Very disappointed. The Flower Yard did refund the delivery charge though as they also arrived late.
Recipient loved the flowers. Easy to order and kept informed re delivery. Would recommend.

The flowers turned out to be even more beautiful in real life than they were on the picture. They were for my sister's birthday. Perfectly nice flowers but the bouquet was not at all as shown in the photo online. I ordered a medium which was the size shown but it had about half the blooms indicated in the picture. I complained snd was given a 30% discount but still disappointed. However, the service was good and the flowers arrived promptly and we’re good quality so not all bad!

my sister loved the flowers and said they were very beautiful. I’d understood from Website that they could be delivered same day but on checkout I noticed delivery was next day. I contacted them and they said as I had ordered early they could be sent out same day even though it was outside of their normal area which was really helpful. it might be useful to make clear the delivery area limits for same day delivery on website as I didn’t seem to get notified this would be an issue.

I think the flowers are so well priced for their quality. I had a slight error with my order and the shop was responsive when I reached out.
