Forgot to deliver on day said they would add more but didn’t - very very disappointed- esp as sympathy flowers. Missed the moment. Flowers were not like picture. All in all won’t use againz

It’s nothing like the advertised bouquet, even expecting it to be smaller and a slightly different mix. There’s no light and dark contrast. And three roses, one of which is obviously brown-edged.
The advertised bouquet is packed with tight young rosebuds in two shades with a distinct and unusual contrast flower.
What was delivered looked very average. Lots of pale flowers and green filler, one random yellow flower - miles away from the sharp and classic uniformity of the advertised bouquet. Far fewer roses, one of the three was even brown-edged on delivery.
I said I wasn’t happy and the company have just ignored me.

The flowers were so amazing & even though the delivery driver couldn't find the property he took extra time calling and updating me. He didn't give up and eventually found the building as the maps always send people to the wrong address.
I ordered late morning and it delivered in the early afternoon. Will definitely order again from them :).

Recipient very pleased. Ordered and delivered on a Sunday - great service. Discuss what you want with staff - obviously they cannot always do the bouquets as they appear on the website as flowers are seasonal but I used the website as a style guide and chose the flowers from their stock over the phone.

The Light and Rustic bouquet delivered was both fresh and beautiful. Slightly disappointed that whilst the picture showed roses would be included none were. However, the hydrangeas were very nice. Quite pleased with the bouquet overall. Would recommend it to others.
