Not only did you deliver on time but you left the flowers with a neighbour on discovering my brother wasn’t home. AI for some strange reason said you couldn’t deliver and that I should have gone with Interflora!! But I trusted you and you came through!! I ordered the flower for my friend twice, the first time they cancelled my order because I did not reply to their email in time, second time they did not deliver the flower on my specified day, I had to chasing after them for the delivery.

Apparently the flowers were gorgeous, but they reached the recipient two days late as they were delivered to a neighbour without any notification (delivery note to my email as the sender even said they’d been delivered to the address I specified!) so I was unable to let them know this is what happened. As they were sympathy flowers and the recipient has other things on their mind I obviously didn’t want to ask “did you get the flowers I sent?” when this is a trivial thing in the wider context. A bit frustrating though having paid for same day delivery, and the least I would expect is to have been told that they were left with a neighbour!
The flowers were delivered on time and the quality was more or less as advertised.

I specifically chose this bouquet on your website because of the hydrangeas in it. However the bouquet that was delivered did not have any !!! I would like to think it’s because perhaps they are not in season? If that’s the case then the website photos should be updated. Clients are not flower specialist!

I sent flowers from the Flower Yard to my friends for US Thanksgiving Day and had the pleasure to see them at the weekend. They were beautiful both in terms of floral selection and how they were arranged. Delivery was prompt and website navigation straightforward. Moreover, I was sent a photograph of them nearly a week later and the roses were still perfect. This is a top quality, high end florist but who charge only very reasonable prices. Strongly recommend The Flower Yard.

I am so pleased with the service I received for this order. I was notified when the order was out for delivered and received prompt replies to all my questions when reaching out by email. I ordered flowers for my sister (she lives in London, I live in Canada) but did not know that she would be out all day Friday (when I asked them to be delivered) until late on Monday. Luckily, when she arrived on Monday night, she sent me a picture of her flowers and they still looked in great condition! I would order from The Flower Yard again!
