Flowers were delivered on the wrong day, order had specified the 20/07/2025
First of all they deliver my order one day before i wanted,flowers were for the day of the birthday not for the day before,after that i was at the shop and the owner promises me 20% of the order paid back and this was not happening..Never use them again
Super helpful service and stunning flowers.
They were not as good as the photo that I ordered which was disappointing but the roses were nice individually.
The rose’s were already turning.
The size of the bouquet was small given cost of almost £90!
But biggest issue is they were delivered to the billing address not to the recipient. So I sent flowers to myself.
When I spoke to the company they were totally unapologetic… despite this “happening to lots of customers” apparently Apple Pay overrides delivery address on their online ordering system … but it’s “not our problem. I will never again use this place.
So disappointed!!
My Mum adored her flowers, they were so beautiful.

I ordered flowers for the same day delivery. They turned up and were beautiful and I initially made an error with the address which was no problem to change. The communication was great and all in all really good experience. Would recommend.
The flowers were not dusty rose but mauve. The greens were not dark green. There were no tulips but yellow orange flowers. I specifically ordered flowers from you because of the flowers and colours. This was for a 40th birthday party with a specific colour scheme. So disappointed as I am from South Africa so in Rands it is quite a lot of money. I also ordered from you because my impression was that your standards are very high.

My friend thought the flowers were lovely.
Only problem was they were left with the Concierge and until l rang her on Sunday evening she didn’t know they were there.
So no surprise, which was disappointing for me.

Just as described and matched the photo. Really stunning arrangement. They were delivered nice and early on Saturday. My only complaint is that there was no flower food to add to the water.
A good company to deal with, easy access to on line to the product and a smooth process with e- mail confirmation. Delivery was excellent with a call from the driver to ask advice on the absent recipient. Hi hey took the flowers back to the shop and delivered the next day, on a Sunday. Excellent service and the flowers were beautiful. I would definitely use this company again.

My friend loved the flowers and they did indeed look stunning upon arrival. Only reason for not giving 5 stars; on the expensive side, too pink for my liking (not as classy as advertised) and I never received a message advising that they’ve been delivered.
The delivered bouquet was nice but unfortunately it wasn’t the one I have ordered. As it was a present for friend, I was very disappointed!
Was not notified when it was delivered only that it was out for delivery. Was concerned most of the day it hadn’t arrived.

Ordered these for a loved one; have seen a photo and they are exactly as the picture shown on the website. I ordered them in a vase, and that and the flowers arrived safe and sound and on time. I have received thank you texts two days running from the recipient, who is absolutely thrilled with them. Thank you, and I will definitely be using you again.

Beautiful flowers that looked exactly like the picture on the website, I just wouldn't bother with the add-ons. The chocolates are not "luxurious" as promised, but a standard issue box of Lindts. Why not just say this is what will be delivered? Also paid for morning delivery, and they arrived late. That said, will definitely order flowers from here again.
