Pretty & Delicate

The flowers were beautiful but they were not the order I placed which was called Pretty & Delicate. Nor did I get a reply when I emailed the florist.

I had flowers delivered on Wednsday 15th July to my daughter for her birthday. Sadly, despite water & flower food given, they have died only 3 days after. For the cost involved, I feel they should give her pleasure for a lot longer??
