Thistle Do Nicely

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter’s birthday. The roses did not look fresh when they arrived. Several blooms already appeared to be wilting, and by the following day they were clearly dying.

Thank you for your flexibility in delivery changes. My sister was thrilled to receive her flowers in person by a delightful young man. “These, are for you..” he said. She loved it. They are stunning.

Recipient said fowers were beautiful. Thank you.

The bouquet was very attractive and well received, however the person delivering it at an address in some flats miss-read the address when handing over the flowers to the concierge, so the recipient got them 24 hours later. A case of human error and not a massive crisis, but a bit irritating. Would I use The Flower Yard again? Yes.
