My friend loved her gifted flowers, we ordered the delicate bunch which is still so abundant and full! Although the flowers are lovely, the bunch my friend received were completely different from the image online. I understand the flowers are seasonal, but imagery showing how the bunch might look season-to-season would have been very helpful so mitigate any confusion or shock. We paid the extra for same day delivery, but the bunch was still delivered the next day - maybe a slight hiccup with how information is processed from the website. All in all, I would use again, but I think the site needs a little work.
