Fabulous flowers
I ordered the delux Light Spring Flowers with the promise of "the softest pinks and prettiest whites". The image on the website showed light pink tulips, hyacinths, cherry blossoms and lilacs. My friend received a bouquet with purple tulips and lime green verburnum. When I wrote to The Flower Yard, I was told it was due to seasonality (although we are in the spring). Ultimately, the bouquet was not pink and white. They told me they could pick up the flowers for me to get a full refund. The logistics behind this are absurd and it also defeats the point of choosing and sending flowers. Very disappointed with The Flower Yard and it's a shame for the £98 I spent.
Difficult to say as the gift went to a friend who is not local. But she was thrilled and said the flowers were beautiful, so thank you once again

Their website said: delivered the next day, but after paying, the message I got was, to be delivered the day after (cause it was a Sunday) delivery was to be 2 days later. But they emailed me and confirmed it will be delivered the next day. And it was. I am in LA and my daughter got her flowers on her birthday...

I chose Light Spring for my son and his wife on their first wedding anniversary to reflect the delicate pale pink colours of their wedding last year. Instead they were sent a bouquet of glorious rich purple and pink. Nice, but not what I asked for!
My daughter received a lovely Light Spring bouquet for her birthday in early March and many of the stems lasted until mid April- so impressed!

The bunch consisted mainly of tulips, so it was not as shown in the photo.
They did not arrive looking anything like the image.
There should be an image for each size bouquet so that customers have a clear idea of exactly what they will be receiving. For the price, a very disappointing purchase.

I really appreciated how responsive they were. I ordered in the afternoon and my friend received her flowers a couple hours later. But I must say I am disappointed about the looking of the flowers she received. I paid £52 for the Light Spring bouquet and on the pictures my friend sent me, it wasn't as beautiful as on the pictures: it looked a lot smaller and most flowers were replaced by others. I find it overpriced for the size she received. Also I totally understand that season can't make tulips grow in winter, but then I would appreciate to see what is the replacement bouquet in winter on the website.
The bouquet was pretty but I was disappointed that it didn’t contain hyacinths as shown in the pic especially as they are in season. Also the tulips were much plainer than the ones in the pic. Otherwise quite pretty and the rd opens was pleased.

Flowers were sent as a thank yin gift and by all accounts were beautiful - however the best thing about this was the service at point of delivery, I’d somehow managed to supply the wrong address, the guy who was delivering (can’t remember his name - sorry!) called me and when we’d sorted out the mistake, without any hesitation he went on to deliver at the new address, an absolute superstar!
