Terrible florists, bouquet looked nothing as it was advertised. They sent very rude emails back without any apology. Absolutely terrible customer service do not use!

The flowers were indeed delivered and were lovely and fresh . However there appears to be some glitch in the delivery system - after the flowers were delivered I received an email to inform that it has been delivered but it stated a totally wrong address . This led to great concern and worry for me . However the flowers were indeed delivered to the right address . A very strange incident that somewhat reduced from what could have been a much better experience .
Delivered at 6pm and flowers looked nothing like how it was represented on the website. No one answered phone.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address even though I know I put the right one. When I rang the company couldn’t get hold of anyone.
My friend was very happy with them, but from the photo I could see they were not as fresh as I’d hoped, especially as her address was close by.

I was disappointed with the flowers, came less fill and dull.
The flowers were as expected but my request for more information regarding delivery was not answered. There was no information on the day as to a delivery window, until I called the shop and specifically asked. Eventually they arrived at 5pm. My family member wouldn’t have waited in all day if we’d know they would be so late.
After reading some negative reviews about this floral website, I had my doubts. but went ahead and ordered a pink bouquet with chocolates for our daughter in London. WOW - THEY WERE GORGEOUS! The flowers and chocolates were delivered fresh, beautiful and on time. Hats off to The Flower Yard!

The service from www.thefloweryard.co.uk is always excellent; however, the bouquet was disappointing for the price - it was considerably smaller than in the photo on the website.
They were gorgeous (Altho I didn’t like the colour of the grey wrapping as I thought it didn’t quite complement the colours of the flowers)

It’s a beautiful bouquet but for £100.00 it had a lot of very small inexpensive roses.
Last time it was a much better quality bouquet
