Beautiful flowers sent in sympathy - also excellent option of a vase for a very reasonable price of £10. I used to use M and S for flower gifts but since discovering Fliwer Yard, will always order from them in future. the flowers were not delivered on the same day, despite their website claiming to do same delivery up until 4pm orders. I placed my order around 10am and left a note saying "if these can't be delivered today please contact me before placing the order" sure enough I didn't hear from the company AND the flowers were delivered the next day. Not impressed. The flowers (white Lillies) were lovely however, every single one of them was closed. It would have been nice to have at least one flower in full ripeness.
The lilies were a great success with my friend who was having a 60th birthday party - glamorous and scent-filled. Thank you.

I have ordered from here a few times and have been pleased until now. They looked like damaged Poor quality Lilies with far to much greens. No response to my e.mail. Very disappointed and a waste of my money.

Paid for a vase as didn’t want to give work to person receiving them - when I saw them I was shocked to see beautiful vase - like a big bottle with ridges down sides. So much nicer than generic florist vase was expecting - an extra gift. Brilliant service thank you

The flowers were delivered on the selected date and to be fair the flowers she received are absolutely gorgeous but sadly not her favourite flowers. I appreciate that you may not have been able to source the flowers but I wish I was told before she received them…

The product was 10/10. However very misleading delivery options when buying online. You can select same day delivery, however on checkout it’s is misleading regards to booking before 4 for Same day. But again the product itself was great.
These are my mums favourite flower so for Mothers day this year i thought i would treat her to a bunch. I opted for the middle size option and signed up to receive a small discount. I didn’t get the discount code so i contacted the company and within minutes they replied with a code for me to use. I stupidly left it quite late to order, however they still let me pick the day before Mothers day. Well... as soon as the box arrived my mum new something special was inside, the care that was clearly put into packing the flowers is outstanding! When we got them out and set them up we needed 2 vases! To this day they are still standing strong, smell amazing and i expect they will last even longer. Mum said... “best flowers i have ever been given in my 62 years”. I will definitely use this company again!

Arrived on time and the Flower Yard was quick in responding to my email about time of delivery. The flowers arrived, green and tightly in bud and are just coming out 2 days later. This is great as I get more days from them. Expensive but would definitely use again.
