I was pleased with the delivery and online service, Al very efficient. I ordered this bouquet for my friend’s 50th birthday because she loves tulips but the actual bouquet had very few flowers and a lot of green leafs, which was entirely different a) from the picture online and b) from the description online.
Very disappointed!

My daughter loved the flowers but I noticed the picture she sent didn’t match the “Bright Spring” theme image you showed. So I have no problem that you made seasonal changes ( there were a lot of tulips in your image) but I would have liked an alert that there would be seasonal substitutions? Id just thought oh they must have year round access to tulips 🌷. Other than that you were FANTASTIC 😍
I ordered flowers from Australia to be delivered to family in London. They had recently moved and I accidentally put old address in. The flower yard attempted to deliver and of course couldn’t. I saw on tracking what had happened and twice now on two occasions reached out to ask if they could redeliver and offered to pay extra delivery fee - no response! Terrible customer experience!!

Not living in the UK, I didn’t realise that Monday was a public holiday. I paid for next day delivery and the payment was taken. Had I known that there was no way that the flowers would arrive on the Monday I would not have paid extra for delivery
The bouquet was delivered same day as requested and all instructions followed to the letter.The bouquet itself was actually nicer than advertised, which was beautiful to begin with. The actual arrangement was stunning and the flowers were a superb mix of blooming, partially flowering and unopened and the quality of the flowers are excellent. Since delivery 2 days ago I'm getting photos daily of more flowers opening up. Bouquet was to sent to cheer someone up and it is most definitely doing it. First time I've used The Flower Yard and will certainly use them again. Very good value for money

You put red roses instead of "buttery coloured roses" so the overall look was disappointing.
