Perfectly nice flowers but the bouquet was not at all as shown in the photo online. I ordered a medium which was the size shown but it had about half the blooms indicated in the picture. I complained snd was given a 30% discount but still disappointed. However, the service was good and the flowers arrived promptly and we’re good quality so not all bad!

my sister loved the flowers and said they were very beautiful. I’d understood from Website that they could be delivered same day but on checkout I noticed delivery was next day. I contacted them and they said as I had ordered early they could be sent out same day even though it was outside of their normal area which was really helpful. it might be useful to make clear the delivery area limits for same day delivery on website as I didn’t seem to get notified this would be an issue.

The flowers were very nice when they eventually arrived right at the end of the day but by 5pm I was fearful they wouldn’t arrive at all. Nobody answers the phone so it is impossible to get any update on what is happening. Customer service needs to improve.

The flowers themselves were lovely. However I asked for them to be sent on my friends birthday which happened to fall on a bank holiday. I sent an email to clarify that they could be sent on the particular date and was advised they could. I was therefore disappointed when they were delivered the day before the selected date. I specifically chose this company as I believed them to be able to deliver on the bank holiday so did feel quite let down.
My fourth order and, because the people receiving the flowers have sent me photos, I can say they are the same as on the website. Delivery in London very prompt, the one in Surrey was later.

The bouquet arrived in the morning and it was very fresh and perfuming all around in the house. The envelope of the message card was written by hand in a very elegant style. The recipient was very happy but when She sent me the flowers picture I had the impression of a small amount of flowers. Not Deluxe treatment I paid for.
