It seems there has been a large mix-up with a flower order I made earlier this week. I ordered a spring bouquet to be delivered but to my surprise, not only were the flowers delivered to the wrong address but the wrong flowers and card were delivered!
I had written a message in German to be delivered with the spring bouquet but something completely different was delivered.
On top of that, someone else probably received the flowers originally destined for my girlfriend. I have ordered flowers online from other vendors and never had such a large cock-up occur.
Could you please explain happened here? I am at a loss for words!

I'm very sorry about the mix up, it was a rare and genuine human error.
We re-delivered the correct flowers today the other recipient also had theirs delivered, so both party's received 2 bunches, which hopefully makes up for the mistake.
Thank you for your understanding with this, as it really is the first time that this has ever happened.
I hope the recipient enjoys the flowers.
