Great flowers but as they arrived one day too late and on top I was charged double the price for delivery I was not satisfied as they did not arrived and we were as surprised as the receiver that the flowers did not arrived on time

I came across The Flower Yard by accident. The flowers I chose were splendid. Exactly as the photo. Highly recommend this florist and have told friends and family. I chose the country bouquet. It was difficult to chose as all looked beautiful. I chose the deluxe and my sister required two vases. I also requested a change of date and the florist could not have been more helpful.
I bought this boquet as thanks for a friend - I specifically chose it because it had a specific design - including twigs. The twigs made it more than just a bunch of flowers. It was delivered without twigs - so for £60 she got a very nice bunch of flowers (which she loved) but I was disappointed. She also refered to plastic flowers which I didn't want to dig into..... And whilst I understand flowers may not be available - but twigs??

Sadly the flowers ordered for a birthday gift for a friend arrived at 8.30 in the evening, despite instructions to deliver in the morning.
Flowers seemed to be a of a good quality and nicely presented- just a shame they arrived so late. Have not received any acknowledgement from The Flower Yard after raising my disappointment.

Excellent customer service. Christmas arrangement delivered to correct person, at correct address on the specified day. The recipient was delighted with her bouquet and called the flowers "stunning" and said "they were the most beautiful flowers I have ever received" (and she has been flower arranging herself for a long time so is a good judge! Would highly recommend and order from the Flower Yard again.

It was a last minute order as I had forgotten it was my friend’s 60th birthday. I decided to spend a little more than usual and was surprised by the high delivery charge. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers and they didn’t look much like the online order photo pretty much thrown together and not worth the £66 price tag! Having said that they were delivered on time!

Your flowers were beautiful but it was disappointing that the delivery time was not met. Although you credited me for the delivery charge it did cause quite a lot of anxiety on the day as there was a young doctor waiting in who needed to go to work that evening.
The bouquet was beautiful and true to the photo on the website. It arrived the same day for a friend’s birthday and she was delighted with them.
Great order process and flowers delivery was as promised. Flower selection was great and lots of beautiful fragrant flowers. The only disappointment was the additional chocolates I ordered weren’t delivered so I’m now picking this up as a separate issue. Would use again for flowers only as they were fab!
