Although you said you delivered the flowers the recipient hasn’t received them .

My sister received a beautiful arrangement … it just wasn’t the one I ordered. I emailed the company, they asked for a photo, after sending the photo I received no further communication. The experience did not instill confidence in the flower yard’s customer service.

I ordered flowers to be delivered, got an email to say its been delivered but have just been advised they were never received

Disappointing flower quality and arrangement

From the picture I was expecting something more feminine. The pic i got from my friend was that of a chunky Bouquet with not much subtetly, nothing to soften it. The flowers were beautiful and the colour of the roses was a beautiful yellow apparently.

The bouquet was exquisite and much appreciated by my friend.

Good purchase to make someone's day with timely updates. However, while the calendar option didn't provide the option for a same day delivery (the earliest being the day after purchase date), the option was available in the payment at £3 more than the standard next day delivery option. This created a false sense of same day delivery as likewise marketed on their website and reviews; though it wasn't delivered as such. Still a good purchase nonetheless.

Order flowers from The Flower Yard at about 11am. They were delivered by 4pm the same day. The bunch is great and is still going nearly two weeks later

If you want your flowers delivered in the first half of the day, best to use the time-guaranteed option. Mine were delivered on the correct day but quite late.

I contacted the company before 10:30 and made query about delivery that day. I was advised it’s possible and informed that I should pay £10.95 instead of £6.95 to ensure it’s delivered. I did just that. It was fir my god daughters baby shower as I was sick and couldn’t attend. When I called at 4pm to check my order was delivered I was told it’s too late and they don’t have a driver. I was guaranteed it would be delivered the next morning which it was, but it was not what I paid for or agreed to. The flowers were amazing but the trust was broken.

Lovely bouquet, my friend loved it! And looks just like in the picture. Only downside was the 12 pound charge for same day delivery but I guess that’s my fault for ordering so late.

I didn’t see the flowers as it was a present, but hopefully they got delivered and received and were lovely.

I ordered these for my daughter and they are absolutely beautiful. Two days later and they are all opening and look even more beautiful.

Honestly I was very disappointed. The bouquet that arrived was much more lackluster and bare than the photos showed. For 50 pounds I could have gotten something a lot nicer and more premium looking elsewhere.

The bouquet of flowers we ordered were beautiful and fresh, delivery was on time, just as arranged. I would highly recommended them, great service and a excellent company.

Picture on website was not the same as bouquet received, got yellow roses (?) instead. Delivery was very fast.

Flowers were a birthday gift and the flowers were beautiful same as the picture..

The bouquet was beautiful, but had sunflowers instead of the tulips as shown in the Lemon Elegance bouquet. The service was great though, I just wished I had been warned about the change of flowers.

My flowers arrived with beautiful sunflowers, roses and many more. I am glad I have found the flower yard.

Ordered same day delivery, but was delivered over 30 hours after.

Managed to get refund for delivery, however called multiple times about the delivery and was ignored. Sent an email to cancel the order 4/5 hours before it was delivered (8pm) was still ignored.
Flowers are decent, however wouldn’t count on them for speedy delivery.

Flowers were wonderful and delivery was really efficient.

They advertise same day delivery for orders before 3 or 4pm. I ordered within the required time for free same day delivery and flowers weren’t delivered until the next day evening time .

Beautiful flowers delivered on time - my daughter loved them.

Don't get me wrong, the flowers were lovely but... I specifically paid for yellow tulips (wedding anniversary to a Dutchman!) and got white lilies. No explanation why! I also had confirmation that the delivery was on its way... but no confirmation of receiving the bouquet. A bit perplexing. I was asked to download an app to track the order and the only option was to mark the delivery as received (surely meant for the delivery person, not me!).

The flowers don’t look like the picture online. I understand sometimes flowers are swapped based on season and availability but I was a little disappointed to see that there was a lot of greenery, and the original yellow bouquet also now had pink flowers. Oh well, still excited to see the blooms open! And I think my friend was happy with the surprise gift. Delivery went well.

Don't recommend this service. Order was not delivered, I did not get an explanation and had to completely spoil the surprise to my friend by asking her to walk in her building and look for some flowers. Pretty unsatisfied. Their customer service is quick to reply but what is the good in that if they can't solve the actual problem?

Don’t bother disappointing

Extremely disappointed, as the arrangement I received is considerably worse than the picture: two flowers out of 3 were changed to a cheaper and poor option.
Wrote to customer services requesting to reach a solution and have been ignored.
Avoid.
