Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the arrangement delivered, which bore no resemblance to the arrangement I selected. I appreciate there may be minor differences due to seasonal changes but what was delivered was literally a bunch of flowers - a couple of roses and then major substitution that looked nothing like the image. Had I been told that most of the flowers would be substituted with cheaper (somewhat weedy looking flowers) I would have selected a different arrangement. Maybe a different florist. I wasn’t given that choice and when I wrote directly with my concern and disappointment I was told that they thought the flowers were gorgeous! No real acknowledgement of my views as the customer. The worst thing is that the recipient now thinks that the random collection of substitute flowers they received is what I actually chose. Most disappointing, would not recommend!
