I ordered the happy holiday handtie which had red berries whites and greens and instead the winter forest bouquet was delivered. There’s £10 plus delivery fee difference .between these bouquets . disappointed.

I am so disappointed you didn’t deliver on the day I asked for. They came two days early which means they’ll be well over their best by the time I needed them. So feel it was a waste of money. If you offer options for delivery dates, you should stick to that date. Otherwise don’t offer. The flowers however, are beautiful. But ruined if they’re not delivered when asked for.
Apart from the initial difficulties everything was sorted and the recipient very happy

"Happy Holiday Hand Tied" was a pretty arrangement. Actual arrangement not exactly as pictured (close, but missing hydrangea) on website but recipient loved it. I would use again though, since they were easy to order and delivery went well.
