I would like to make a complaint regarding my flower order.
I purchased an expensive flower arrangement, and it was supposed to be delivered as agreed, but it was not delivered to my address.
On top of that, I received an email saying that the flowers had been delivered, which is not true, because nothing arrived at my home.
Please investigate this matter urgently and get back to me as soon as possible. I would like an immediate solution, either by having the order properly delivered or by receiving a full refund.

Delighted with the service . The bouquet looked exactly as was expected and my niece was over the moon with them.
My order was supposed to come with a vase and it did not. The flowers were wrapped in paper/plastic with a bit of water at the bottom. Disappointing.
