The bouquet arrived on time and looked stunning! Also, the Shop app autofilled my United States address when of course I meant to have it delivered locally in West Acton. I called, and the gentleman immediately straightened it out for me and made sure the bouquet ended up in the right hands. Some have mentioned the product doesn't look exactly like the photo -- mine deviated a tiny bit, but it actually looked BETTER than the photo with some extra colorful filler between the bulbs. If youre truly concerned, call and discuss whether they can make something very close to the item you like online, that way you're not surprised. Freshness and beauty of the flowers and ease of service will make me a repeat customer!

I used the Flower Yard for a same day delivery to my daughter. The bouquet I choose arrived as described and she was delighted. Unfortunately the chocolates I ordered did not arrive and I only discovered this when I asked her were they good and she said she had not received them. I emailed the vender and the agreed they had been omitted as they were out of stock & refunded me. I was disappointed that they had not arrived, but happy at least the flowers were nice.

The flowers themselves were great, however I ordered them for my friends birthday on a specific day and they were delivered several days earlier. I emailed the company to find out what happened and never received a reply.
