Unfortunately the bouquet pictured on the website was quite different to what I received, the colour of the flowers was more like an all over cream than the bright yellows and oranges I had expected. It looked quite somber by comparison. It may be useful in the future to alert customers if the order will not be as expected as I did not feel the bouquet fitted the occasion for which I purchased them.

I ordered the beautiful Citrus Burst bouquet for my daughter who had just been released from the hospital in London. I was told by the store representative that if I book before their closing time, which was in 20 minutes, they would guarantee delivery that same evening. What an amazing service on behalf of The Flower Yard. They stood by their delivery time, and they brought to my daughter a huge bouquet, bursting with happy yellows. They also did not look like end of the day flowers. They were fresh, and they were presented beautifully in a wrapping and a vase. They also printed out my greeting on a pretty stock card. I cannot say enough about The Flower Yard and how they made my day. As a mom who lives very far away in the USA, this completely made my week, knowing that these flowers brought some sunshine her way. Thank you!!!!!

I ordered citrus burst for my poorly daughter. I upgraded my order to classic (£48) plus £10 same day delivery. Not one single rose in the bouquet, only yellow tulips and a ridiculous amount of green.product info states orange tulips may be replaced ‘not’ roses. For £58 I got 14 yellow tulips and a ton of filler!!!!

When I ordered the flowers no estimated delivery time was given. I didn't receive my flowers until after 8pm. The flowers were meant to be for a celebration that day. Had I known they wouldn't arrive until after business hours I would have ordered a day earlier or not at all. Grateful the flowers did arrive fresh though
